My name is Ally and as Taylor’s best friend and a close friend of the McNellis Family, I wanted to organize a way to help and support the family at such a tragic and unexpected time. On Thursday January 20 Dennis Sr suffered a major heart attack and was rushed to Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill. It was unsure how long Dennis had went without oxygen while trying to be resuscitated and had been in a coma since arrival. After many tests and procedures with no improvement the McNellis family has had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye on January 25 after almost a week in the hospital.
 
This tragic event was unexpected and it has been brought to my attention that Dennis Sr did not have health insurance at this time. Janine will have many medical expenses as well as funeral expenses to take care of. Big Den was the glue and sole provider to this family. He was an amazing husband to Janine, father to Dennis Jr Courtney and Taylor, and Pap to all his grandchildren that were his world.
