Hello! My good friend Megan and her beautiful family are going through a very difficult time. Megan's mom, Jill , is in the ICU with acute liver failure. Megan is the primary caregiver for both her mom and her three year old daughter. She has been unable to work during this difficult time, which has led to financial strain in the household.
