Hello,

Please help my family raise enough money to pay medical and legal bills.

On October 12th, 2025, around 3:12 am, my Dad was involved in a serious car crash that resulted in his car flipping several times and leaving him trapped inside with serious injuries. As the police investigated the cause of the crash, they informed us that the other vehicle (a white work van) was speeding and driving while intoxicated and ran a red light. The man that struck my Dad’s vehicle had gotten a DUI before back in 2020 and had a warrant that was issued for the failure to attend Driver Improvement School on October 7th, 2025, five days before my Dad’s accident that would leave him in critical condition. With the funds that we get from this fundraiser, we will be able to pay my Dad’s medical bills along with legal bills that will help us fight to keep the man that did this (Seth Mitchell) in prison to help prevent this from happening again to another family and someone else’s loved ones. We want justice for this car crash that injured my Dad.

My Dad is the most loving and caring person I know. He always makes jokes and makes everyone laugh and loves to see everyone happy. He is very hard-working and dedicated to his family. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are well taken care of. He will always try to find light in dark situations and lighten up the mood.
