Hi,

We are the Garrecht family and we wanted to share this story of our good friends who's son very unexpectedly fell ill and has been in the hospital for over a week now

Jesse and Kacy's Son Walker who is 10 years old fell ill about 8 or 9 days ago, What started out like a cold has turned into an absolute nightmare for the family. Last Sunday it turned into sever joint pain which was spreading all over his body to many other symptoms including unbearable pain everywhere to the point of not being able to walk, then to his organs struggling to keep up with fluid build up in his cardiovascular system. The most recent update this morning is that he has suffered a collapsed lung and fluid around his heart and is now in ICU waiting for Heli transport to BC Children's hospital.

This is obviously devastating the family and friends and Walker as I couldn't imagine being 10 years old and living this nightmare and the Doctors have no clue what this is.

So we ask for two things. #1, please have Walker and the family in your prayers, pray for healing, pray for the Doctors to figure out what this is swiftly so that Walker can get better and get home and also pray for anxiety and fear to be taken away- I just cannot imagine how they feel- its absolutely heartbreaking.

And number #2, if you know the family, they are very hard working small business owners who will now not be working for an unknown timeline and can use any assistance possible to help with bills and expenses.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated- more than you or I know! It is stressful enough going through this and to add financial burden on top is just terrible.
