Tragedy has struck one of the most giving families in our community and now they need our support. We've created this page to help defer medical, travel and living expenses while "Big Mark" Sullivan undergoes his 3rd catastrophic back surgery in less than a month.
On December 21st, Mark underwent a 13 hour surgery for degenerative back disease and spinal stenosis. He was released from the hospital December 28th for recovery at home. On January 4th, Mark fell and was rushed to Bozeman, where he underwent another invasive surgery for catastrophic back failure. Last night, January 28th; Mark was taken by ambulance to Bozeman to undergo his third emergency spinal surgery. Doctors are hopeful that after this surgery Mark will be released to a local rehabilitation center to fully recover. As of today he has spent a total of 17 days in the hospital with an anticpated 7 more. Not to mention, throughout this entire ordeal there have been several visits to the emergency room with countless tests, scans and xrays.
As you can imagine, Mark and Diana have incurred thousands of dollars in out of pocket medical, travel and unexpected expenses. This family has given so much to our community and our children; now its our turn to show our appreciation and to support the Sullivan family.
