Devastating Cortland View apt Fire Help Maples Fam

On the cold early afternoon of February 18TH 2021 in the Cortland View Apartments in San Antonio Tx. the Maples’s family (Niki & Kailyn Maples) were woken up to the loud sounds of a fire alarm going off seconds later hearing the banging of a firemen and him telling us to hurry out. Leaving with nothing but the clothes on our backs and our dogs. We sat in our parked car watching as our building caught a flame, continuing to watch for hours and hours as it could not be contained we saw that flame spread and spread. We sat for nine hours waiting for our apartment (the very last apartment to be affected in the building) to diminish but left before and finally saw it on national news the next day. We ask for your support and prayers through this truly tragic time for our family.
