Help the Lyons-Bean Family!

Hi family and friends and friends who are basically family! As you may know by now Marissa was recently diagnosed and began treatment for stage IIIC cervical cancer. Marissa has one of the greatest gifts anyone going through such a trial can have: her big amazing and compassionate support system! All of us! Lets come together as a team and build a network of care and support! I will update this post for those family members who do not have social media. If Marissa and her family need some help with meals or meal prep, let's get a meal train going. If she needs some time for self-care, let's give her some personal time by hanging with her awesome kiddos! Her treatments include chemotherapy and radiation. Both of which can be exhausting on the body and soul. Send her love and flowers and chocolates and all that stuff! If you can spare a few hours, maybe you can stop by and help with some household chores.

All of that is wonderful and necessary. Unfortunately, such medical care can also be financially debillitating. Add missed work and high stress-levels on top of the recent career changes for both Marissa and Kevin, and financial anxiety and extrememly tight budgets are a certainty. Let's come together and give what we can to help Marissa and her family. It must be a time of healing and love and support. Stress and worry can only exacerbate health issues.
