JC and Ashley Lynch are two of the kindest, most selfless people you could ever meet. Last Wednesday, JC and Ashley were forced to evacuate their house as the flood waters rose. After 36 hours away, they were able to assess the damage and had approximately 8 feet of water filling the entire basement along with the entire back and front yards. Besides the obvious devastation to their belongings floating in the muddy water, it was later discovered the water had seeped into their walls requiring ripping out most of the first floor drywall and re-insulating the house. This amount of home devastation would be life altering to any couple but is worsened by the fact they have two young daughters who have also been uprooted by the immediate change in their routines. The Lynch family has received a lot of help moving out their belongings and assisting with initial cleaning efforts but at this time the biggest strain on the family is monetary as they do have a large insurance deductible as well as costs associated with finding a temporary place to live. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. All funds will go directly to the Lynch family to help cover their deductible cost of $6000 and anything above this amount will help cover the additional costs incurred with moving/displacement.
