The Lukowski family has endured an incredibly difficult year. After Brian’s courageous battle with cancer in 2025, they were looking forward to a new beginning—remodeling their new home and planning to move in at the end of December. Tragically, on the morning of December 3, 2025, that home caught fire and was completely destroyed. While they are grateful that everyone is safe, the emotional and financial impact has been overwhelming. Insurance will cover part of the loss, but not the full cost required to rebuild a safe and comfortable home for their family. This unexpected gap adds another layer of stress during an already challenging time.

In response, many friends, family members, and community members have reached out asking how they can help. Although the Lukowskis never wanted to ask for assistance, they are humbled by the outpouring of love and support.
