Help the Lubecks!
Donation protected
Dear ones,
As many of you know, Tamara Lubeck was hit head-on in a bad car accident on her way to work last Tuesday (October 9th). She sustained a number of life-threatening injuries, including heart, lung, brain, and liver damage, as well as numerous broken bones requiring repair and a large gash on her forehead. She has since had three surgeries on broken bones, and has been on a specialized ventilator since Monday afternoon while being treated for pneumonia resulting from the lung injuries.
This has come at a particularly difficult time, just days after Ray’s eligibility for a heart valve replacement was denied following a marked increase in his heart failure symptoms.
Many of us have been touched by the life and ministry of Ray and Tamara Lubeck, and people from around the world have expressed a desire to help them during this time. Life-threatening car accidents, in addition to being devastating, are also very expensive, and donations received will go toward covering expenses related to Tamara’s short and long term care. She is expected to need another ankle surgery once she has stabilized from the pneumonia, and following her discharge from the hospital she will spend about a month in a skilled care facility. She will still be significantly incapacitated for some time after coming home, and the Lubeck's will need to do some remodeling and reconfiguring to make their home accessible.
As people who love Ray and Tamara deeply, we want to provide this opportunity for others around the world who are moved to help provide for them. Feel free to utilize this platform, and for those who wish to avoid having their donation reduced by the fees set by GoFundMe, you can send support directly to:
