This GoFundMe is being set up to support Andres Loredo, his wife, and three daughters during his battle with cancer.
In 2020, Andres was diagnosed with testicular cancer after months of painful symptoms and doctors visits. He underwent surgery in addition to 3 rounds of chemotherapy and was finally in remission. Unfortunately the good news was short lived and in 2021, he once again experienced symptoms that resulted in a hospital stay. After four days in the hospital and multiple tests, the doctors came back and said the cancer was now in his liver.
The cancer is aggressive and has left Andres weak and greatly reduced his ability to care for himself. Not being able to spend time and play with his three daughters has been very upsetting for him and hard for them to understand.
Andres has started a new drug that aims to stop the growth of his mass and make him stable enough for more treatment. Sadly, this drug only has a 20% success rate and his prognosis would shorten to three weeks.
In addition to Andres’s battle with cancer, his wife Marissa has been out of work since 2019 due to a car accident that injured her back. The family is asking for donations to help pay for medical bills and cost of living while Andres fights for his life. Any amount is greatly appreciated and will help minimize the burden on the Loredo family during this devastating time.
