On Monday August 11, 2025, our home in New Haven, CT was severely damaged by a fire. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but we have been displaced which has caused a traumatic financial hardship for our family.

The cause of the fire still remains unknown.

This has been a devastating experience for our family.

Emotionally, it has been hard to put into words the shock of losing the place where we felt safe.

This experience has also brought many new challenges for us, including finding and paying for temporary housing and replacing daily essentials.
