Help the Lobraico’s Battle Cancer
Donation protected
Meet the Lobraico's. Jeff, Mackenzie and Harper.
Shortly after Harper’s second birthday, this beautiful family had their world turned upside down.
At the end of May, Jeff developed a sore back, and thought it was a pulled muscle from cleaning up after the tornado that touched down in Uxbridge. Within the span of five days, Jeff developed paralysis from the chest down, and had a cancerous mass removed that was compressing his spine.
Fast forward a month and Jeff has been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and is starting chemotherapy. Jeff continues to have loss of sensation in both legs which has confined him to a wheelchair. He is currently in a rehabilitation hospital and we are hopeful that with time, his mobility will improve.
Due to COVID restrictions, Mackenzie is Jeff's sole visitor allowed in hospital each day and as a result of this diagnosis Jeff is unable to work as a Foreman.
To help their family through this difficult time please consider donating. All funds raised will be used to assist the family including refitting their home to support Jeff’s mobility needs, offsetting commuting costs to and from the hospital, and ensuring Harper has the childcare she needs while her Dad is in the hospital.
