We are The Little Cake, a small, family-run bakery located in the City of Commerce. Baking is our passion, and we’ve poured our hearts into creating a place where our community can enjoy delicious treats made from scratch with the best ingredients. Every day, our family works side by side to bring a little sweetness to our neighbors, and we are so grateful for the support we’ve received. Recently, we’ve found ourselves facing an unexpected and overwhelming challenge. We have been named in a federal trademark lawsuit from another bakery. As a tiny business, the legal fees required just to respond are significant and daunting. We never imagined we’d be in this position, and it’s been a stressful time for our family as we try to navigate this situation while keeping our doors open and continuing to serve our community.
