Help the Li’s Rebuild Their Restaurant
Li’s Fine Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar, a staple of the town of Haverhill over the last 10 years, was struck by three motor vehicles in eight days.
The first two crashes occurred on February 4th and February 8th. Then during the early hours of February 13th, the third vehicle to crash into the building caused such damage that the restaurant owners now anticipate being closed for several months.
According to The Eagle Tribune, "a car drove though the front windows and into the dining area, destroying a dozen or more tables and booths and a separating wall before crashing into the bar."
The Li’s have had no choice but to close their doors for now, leading to lost business during the Chinese New Year and for the months to come. Additionally, their team of employees are without work during this difficult time. This fundraiser would help support the Li’s and their employees while they attempt to repair the damages and add in new bollards in front of the restaurant in hopes to prevent future crashes.
Thank you for your generosity,
