Help the Lewis Family Recover from Accident

Hi Family and Friends,
Let me first start by saying, today I am completely and utterly grateful to be alive.
Early Wednesday morning while Ubering for extra cash, I was hit by a young man who was making an illegal left turn, while I was going 45mph through an intersection, not far from home, and completely totaled our only family vehicle. I suffered first degree burns from the airbags, a mouth injury, and lots of bruises/scrapes across the rest of my body. I had a passenger in the car, who was also injured in the accident, who broke a rib and sustained lacerations from the airbags and seatbelt as well. Besides our mostly minor injuries, I truly believe the airbags saved mine and my passenger's life.
Today we're setting our egos aside, and asking for as much help as we can get in this extremely difficult time. The past few months have been one heartache (and money pit) after another. First having to shut my At-Home Bakery down for the past few months due to being very anemic and needing iron transfusions to help my body absorb it. I fainted at a Festival and it was too risky to stand and bake for hours on end. I was just getting back on my feet! 2nd, our sweet girl Luna getting unexpectedly sick, and her testing/needing to be put down running us $2000, on top of a huge $6000 car repair just last month. All of our savings have been depleted and we're struggling to say the least.
The driver at fault's insurance should help with rental cars and collision/medical costs as long as he doesn't fight our word against his, however we need to wait for the investigation to complete as well as the police report to be sent over to the insurances before we get any sort of help, which we were told with the holiday, can take a few weeks. Our deductible through Uber's 3rd Party Insurance is $2500, rental cars weekly through Uber range $300 weekly, and with our normal everyday bills on top of it all, it all seems so incredibly heavy.
So today we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for anything and everything you can help with. This isn't easy for us, as we'd much rather do the gifting and donating than receiving.
Hugging my family so tight today and thankful to wake up another day.
Thank you and so much love,
The Lewis Family
