On January 29th our world was changed forever, following a battle with COVID-19 my Brother-In-Law sadly passed away, leaving behind a wife, young son and a new baby to come (Due in July).

He was in his early 30's and as a family Rebecca and Matthew were just starting on their journey of Marriage, Parenthood and enjoying what the future would bring. Unfortunately Matt's untimely death, which came as a complete shock, has left a real hole in our lives. 

Matthew was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. He was a real family man who would want the best for his family. Due to this and with the real trauma currently ripping through the family, I would like to take some pressure off. 

Throughout March our task is to walk, run, jog, crawl, cycle, swim etc. 14,000 kilometers, the equivalent of Warrington to Durban to help allow the family a grace period in starting their journey without their Dad and Husband. 

The money will be used to support the above and also go some way in hopefully allowing a memorial with family members from all over the globe once time allows.
