Our beloved punk rock dive bar, The Kraken, was broken into last night. The door was smashed in, and both the till and the safe were stolen. Inside the safe was a large amount of pinball quarters and grant money that had been set aside to pay the bands playing Cloudbreak Fest.

We’re asking for your help. Not only do we need to recover the stolen funds, but we also have to replace key parts of our POS system, two doors, and the safe itself.

For years, The Kraken has been a safe haven for the community, a home for music lovers, misfits, and pinballers. It’s devastating to see it violated like this, but we know the strength of our scene and the love that keeps this place alive.
