Help the Kolbiarz Family

Hello Everyone! This is Sylvia, Janusz Kolbiarz's daughter. We really need you right now. Janusz was hospitalized on 2/9/18 after his heart stopped beating. He is now in a coma and his prognosis is very poor. He is currently in the ICU but will most likely be needing long term care to give him the appropriate time he needs to show us ANY signs of recovery. If you knew Janusz, you understand how this is a true tragedy. If you didn't know Janusz directly, let me tell you that this is a man that would have turned the world upside down to save his worst enemy. Our family is devastated not only because of this unexpected event but also by what this means about planning a potential future without his contributions as a father and husband. Let me tell you where we stand:
 My mother earns a less than modest income as a housekeeper. She balances that with taking care of my 24 year old brother David who has cerebral palsy. I moved to Arizona 6 months ago and am working as a pharmacist. Not only am I still paying back $300k in school loans, but I dropped everything including work to take the first flight to Chicago when I found out about my dad.


I ask you to please donate whatever it is you are capable. We need to pay  ICU costs, potential long term costs, and try to get back to leading a normal life. I know my goal is ambitious but aside from treating my father, my mother needs to continue supporting herself and a disabled son.
