It is with profound sadness that the family of Oleh Kobyleckyj announce his passing on February 24th, 2024 in Markham, Ontario at the age of 65 years. With his loving wife Dania and daughters Olexa and Oksana by his side, Oleh passed away peacefully after a brief, tough battle with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer that shocked him and all who knew him.

With heavy hearts, we honor the memory of our dear colleague and friend, Oleh. More than merely a co-worker, he was a cherished member of our work family. His presence brightened our lives, and his kindness, loyalty, dedication, and helpfulness left an indelible mark on us all.

As a devoted husband and father, he actively supported his daughters’ artistic ambitions, including ARTSies musicals and K&K Dance Dreamz recitals and competitions.

Oleh had many creative talents and a passion for photography that went hand in hand with his love for the outdoors, boating, cycling, skiing, and Formula 1 racing. He was extremely active and healthy until his wonderful life was cut short by an aggressive cancer.

Oleh touched our lives in profound ways. His dedication, passion, and unwavering spirit will forever remain in our hearts. As we say our goodbyes, let us also celebrate the legacy he leaves behind—a legacy of family, resilience, and friendship.
