Help the Kirschner Family as Darin Fights for His Life

The Kirschner family’s world was turned upside down this October when Darin — a devoted husband, father of four, and sole provider for his family — suffered a massive heart attack.

Darin was rushed to the hospital where doctors placed five stents to restore blood flow. His body endured tremendous trauma, and he was placed on ECMO and dialysis to help his heart and kidneys recover. In the weeks that followed, complications arose that led to surgery to save his legs—but tragically, only one could be saved, and Darin lost his right leg.

It’s been nearly a month since his wife, Natalie, and their sons—Cole, Skye, Tate, and Zane—have heard his voice. They hold onto faith every day, praying for the moment they can see him awake and healing.

Natalie has been by his side through every moment, doing her best to stay strong for their boys while managing the emotional and financial weight of this battle. With Darin unable to work and an extended hospital recovery ahead, the family faces mounting medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
