Last Saturday, November 6th, the Kersten family home burned down. Glenn was at home with his son Steven at the time. Only 2 rooms and the basement were spared, but luckily no one was hurt. They are working with the insurance company, but got out literally with only the clothes on their back. The family is displaced and as you can imagine struggling with all kinds of emotions.

 

The purpose of this GFM is to help them to get back to normal, even though that is impossible. Many things were irreplaceable, but hopefully they can get back to a regular existence in the near future. If you know the family, they are wonderful people and would lend a helping hand whenever asked. If you can see it in your heart please help this worthy cause.
