On March 31, 2016 Ryan, Katie, Colette and Cailin Kerr welcomed baby Patrick into their family.  He was a loving, energetic little boy with an angelic smile and an infectious laugh.  Those who spent time with him often remarked on how happy and affectionate he was.  

Patrick's invariably sweet disposition belied the near constant strain placed on him by a congenital heart condition.  Tragically, after enduring for nearly three years, Patrick  passed away on Sunday, February 3rd.  He held on as long as he could, and fought to the very end, but ultimately his heart had nothing more to give.  His friends and family will miss him so much. 

Many have reached out with offers to contribute to the Kerr's in their time of need.  This fundraising effort is in response to that outpouring of support, and will go toward helping lay Patrick to rest.
