Help the Keeners pay their mortgage and electric

Update for Feb 2024:
I didn’t want to make this post. I didn’t want to feel so helpless. I didn’t want to continue letting my family and friends down.
Yes yes I know, I’m not letting people down, I’m trying, etc. But it’s still not enough.
Since Costco let all the seasonal hires go, I’ve had no luck in the job hunt again. I’ve been doing a ton of Doordashing, and that’s been getting me about minimum wage, but it’s not enough. Morgan started a new job this week, and while that will certainly bring in more than her previous one, it’ll be like 3 weeks until she gets her first paycheck from there. Electricity is behind, our phones are behind, and our March mortgage is beyond reach right now. We have food benefits thankfully, but things like trash bags, cat food, etc come out of the money.
I need to ask for help again.
Y’all helped at the end of last year tremendously. Y’all literally made my girls’ Christmas absolutely amazing. I understand that this is getting really bothersome and I get it. But I’m bringing back the GoFundMe from last year and I’m asking for any help at all. Instead of making a new one, I figured this would be easier; of course I adjusted the goal since y’all already got that for us.
If there’s anything you can send our way, it would be so appreciated. You can also feel free to block me, or just hide these posts, because I know they’re obnoxious.
Love y’all. The world is difficult right now. I wish it was better.
Like it has been for many people, 2023 has been a very difficult year for our family. After losing my job last February, I've been unable to find employment again. Every opportunity and interview cycle has fizzled out, and it's getting harder to even find positions that match my skills. Combined with the incredible amount of layoffs in the tech industry lately, it has been a rough go of things. Morgan works ~16 hours a week, so we have some income, but it's not near enough for a family of four in 2023, especially given our mortgage.
My unemployment benefits ended in September, and I'm ineligible to reapply until February 2024. I've started doing DoorDash in the hopes of being able to cover as many bills as possible, but it's just not realistic to be able to cover everything with it. I'm still looking for work, and I'm still going to be doing whatever I can for money. We've signed up for TANF (Temporary assistance for needy families), are currently getting food benefits from the DSHS, and we've got insurance through Apple Health Washington.
So that's where this GoFundMe comes in. Our mortgage is ~$3,000 a month, and so I'm asking for $6,000 to help cover through the end of the year. Any extra that we get will go towards mortgage for following months. I would love to have employment figured out by then so I don't have to have this GoFundMe be active, but unfortunately I don't know how things will turn out.
Thank you all so much.
Love you
