Kaying Moua passed away on February 10th after his struggle with COVID. He was known as a great father and husband. He leaves behind his wife, 9 children, and 7 grandchildren. He was born in Laos and was among one of the many young Hmong men recruited by the CIA to help the U.S. fight during the Vietnam war. He was very proud to serve this country. Later on, he immigrated to the U.S. to find a better future for his children. He made very many sacrifices to ensure that his family was comfortable. His family is very saddened to lose a great father and a great role model.
