The Joyful Vegan, LLC, is a local plant-based meal delivery business in Eugene, OR, run by Heather and Stephen Landale. Since our launch in March 2025, we've made hundreds of deliveries and built a small, enthusiastic community. Customers clearly appreciate having healthy, delicious meals arrive on their doorstep – with free delivery!
We love what we are doing and are taking the right steps for The Joyful Vegan to become a sustainable business. We've invested in advertising -- a recent campaign with Lookout Eugene-Springfield tripled our website traffic. We've become a sponsor of Eugene VeganFest and will be one of three food vendors at the upcoming Eugene Tea Festival (3,000 visitors last year). These efforts are helping us become a trusted local brand, but they add costs for festival equipment and promotion.
What has most motivated us through this first year is the excitement and support from customers, friends, and family. With a growing, skilled team, we are ready to move to the next, finally profitable, level – but we need your help.
