Help the Jimenez Family Through Medical Crisis

Hello Jimenez family and friends,

I am Emilee Gillette, a longtime friend of their precious family. My goal with this GoFundMe is to support the Jimenez family with their increasing medical needs.

As many of you know, Cassius, the oldest child of the Jimenez family has unfortunately had two new strokes. This has been a long running battle for him and his parents since his diagnosis of Moyamoya.

This resulted in an emergency surgery on Tuesday, October 8th. Thankfully, the family was able to stay rooted in their home town of Fargo due to the level of care Sanford can provide for children with Cassius’s disease.

Though Cassius’s medical bills are (almost always) covered, their expenses pile up from the following instead:

Though he will be discharged in the coming days, the family has a long road ahead. Cassius may be enduring another surgery in 12 weeks, and in the meantime, their time with him should be spent worry free not focused on the above concerns.

This fund is a way to directly help Xavior and MaLeah ease their burdens in this time. All excess will be put into a fund for future surgeries and hospital stays, as this family knows the hospital drill unfortunately all too well.
