Hello friends and family,

We’re here to ask for everyone’s help to support the Jaramillo family through these tough times as they prepare for Connie’s final moments. Connie has been in critical condition for a week now. Despite many prayers and trying everything, she remains in a grave state.

Connie was a loving mom of 9 children and an amazing grandmother to 12 grandkids. She was a caring sister and daughter who always made sure everyone was taken care of and okay. Connie loved everyone around her, and her smile would light up the whole room no matter where she went.
