Help the Jacobs Family Through Chemo

I am at a complete loss of words. A few weeks after wrapping up chemo for my 2 year old son Scotty, my 3 year old son was found with an adrenal tumor as well.
Their diagnosis’ are 5 months apart and my heart feels so heavy. Originally, there was a high chance we would not have needed chemo for Noah and we were so excited to be out of the woods with just surgery.
During surgery, Noah’s tumor ruptured which is leaving us with no choice but to begin chemo for my baby boy. We have been out of work while my other son wrapped up chemo and we were finally going about to settle in to our new “normal.” At this point I have no idea what we are going to do. As hard as this is to do.. I am asking for my communities support. We will have endless trips to Boston again, endless bills that are to come with the winter approaching and 2 really small boys who have to fight battled that no one should have to experience. Any help is beyond appreciated.
