Hey jiu jitsu community! Our good friend and teammate Russel was injured while at practice. He was hit in the knee and tore his MCL. Unfortunately Russel works for a tree service and is the sole provider for his family. With this type of injury he won’t be able to work for a bit. He has a new baby girl and we all know how expensive kids are. Please come together and give what ever you can to help them cover bills and expenses while he recovers.
