Help the Imperio Family in Their Time of Need

Dear Friends, Family and Community Members, We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved Garrett Imperio has passed away unexpectedly.

Durham, NH- Garrett P. Imperio, 20, of Madbury Road passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday January 26, 2024. Garret was born December 28, 2003 in Busan, South Korea, the son of Marvin and Cynthia (Blais) Imperio. He was a graduate of Oyster River High School, Class of 2022. Garrett was an exceptionally gifted artist. From the early age of 4 years old, it was evident that he possessed a unique and astonishing way of seeing the world around him. His talents included pencil and pen drawings, water color and many other mediums. Garrett was a foodie. He loved all types of foods from every culture and there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t try. He also loved to eat a lot!! He was not a big kid and we always teased him about where he had the space to carry all that food. Garrett was an avid scooter rider. It is clear that this is where Garrett found his greatest joy and he was great at it!! He was very popular amongst the skating community and has many friends across the entire country who shared his passion. He was an amazing young man with a heart of gold. He always put everyone else before himself and gave all of himself to those who were fortunate to have known him. He never complained or asked for anything. He was kind and beautiful. He always had a joke to make you laugh. He brought joy wherever he went. He made this world a better place. Garrett is survived by his parents, Marvin and Cindy Imperio of Durham, NH., his older sister Charlotte, his younger sister Leda and his younger brother Carson, his grandparents Richard Blais of Meadview Arizona and Nemi and Rose Imperio of Loma Linda California as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Fly High Garrett!! You are forever in our hearts and memories.
