To all who care about the Hudema family --- and I know there are many of you --- on January 16, the Hudemas experienced a serious fire in their home. Thankfully all of the people and animals are safe, but they did lose many of their belongings and need to find a new place to live. 

Through the generosity of their church, they are currently staying in a one bedroom apartment --- Phil, Kristie, Madison and their many pets. It is going to be a challenge for them to find a new home that will accommodate all of their needs and to replace the items that they lost in the fire. 

Through the years, the Hudemas have generously given of their time and resources to all of us. This is a perfect opportunity for us to pay it forward.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
As the donations are being collected in US dollars and the Hudemas live in Canada, per GoFundMe's requirements and at the Hudema's request, I will withdraw the funds and provide them to the Hudemas directly. The Gottmer family has been close friends with the Hudemas for more than 15 years and is committed to ensuring that all donations are transferred directly to the Hudema family.
