Erica Hooper and her family, including her father Santa Jeff Hooper, are known throughout our community for their kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others. I met them through homeschooling and Santa at Christmas, and have seen firsthand how they go out of their way to support friends, family, and neighbors. This is a hard-working, loving, and bonded family that has always been there for others.

Recently, the Hooper family experienced an unimaginable loss—their beloved son, grandson, brother, cousin, and friend was taken from them in a tragic motorcycle accident that was no fault of his. As if this heartbreak weren’t enough, the grandmother is also facing health issues, adding to the emotional and financial strain on the family. They are doing their best to stay strong and united, but the challenges are overwhelming.
