The Hooker family are some of my closest friends, and they recently experienced something no one should ever have to go through—a devastating house fire. In an instant, they lost their home and nearly all of their belongings. The fire has left them facing an uncertain future, especially with the holidays approaching, a time that should be filled with warmth and comfort.

The Hookers did not have renters insurance, so the loss is even more overwhelming. They now need to find a safe place to stay, replace their clothing, and cover many urgent needs that have come up unexpectedly. The emotional and financial toll is heavy, but I know that with the support of our community, we can help them start to rebuild.
