Help the Hiltons recover from the Marshall Fire
Donation protected
On the morning of December 30, 2021, Carrie, Michael, and Grant Hilton (17) tragically lost their home to the devastating Marshall Fire. They received the sudden notice to evacuate, and had only a few short minutes to gather important items. Their beloved dog Apple, some important medications, and a few legal documents were about all they had time to grab during those chaotic moments.
The Hiltons feel so very blessed to be safe and here today. Throughout the past few days, they have shown tremendous grace, dignity, and strength - each of them understanding that what is most important is still here. Sometimes enormous loss can make us realize how much we really have, and remind us that the greatest of those gifts are not tangible. God is good, and was watching over this family on Thursday.
Nevertheless, the upcoming days, months, and years are sure to bring heartache, tough times, and financial burdens to Carrie, Michael, and Grant. What lies ahead is going to be difficult on many levels. While we can't bring their home back, we hope to lighten their burdens with some financial support and help them get back on their feet again.
They are so very humbled and grateful for the support and generosity already shown by the community, friends, and loved ones near and far. It's a reminder that through all this darkness, the light shines brighter. Thanks so much for all the prayers, love, and any support you have provided!
