Hi. Gerald and Kellie here. We usually stay pretty private on things but we’ve reached a point where we really need help with some expenses. Specifically Rent and car payment.

I have been on long term disability for the past year, receiving benefits from my job. This past July they decided to abruptly stop my benefit payments because they feel I should be “all better” now. Even though my Doctors filled out tons of paperwork stating that I’m not.

We’ve been trying to stay afloat with income from our small business and my VoiceOver work. But we’re still behind on rent and our car payment.

Thankfully our landlord is working with us on a payment plan. But we still have a ways to go. And we need our car for Kels to get to and from work. And also getting our kids to and from school.
