As few of you know, my family lost everything to a house fire on Saturday night about midnight. We are in shock and trying to process what has happened. As of now we have 3 night in a motel, to come up with a what’s next plan. For 3 sleeps we know where we are laying our heads, just say a prayer that our minds will rest for a few hours. Thank you to Piney Flats Vol. Fire Dept, Sullivan County, TN Sheriff's Office, Sullivan County EMS , Bluff City Volunteer Fire Department, Avoca Fire Dept for making sure we were all out and the many man hours that were put in ,trying to save our home. This could have been a very different story. We lost everything but we do have each other. Somehow our things can be replaced and our 31 years of memories in our home will just have to be tucked away in our hearts. Thank you to all our family, friends and neighbors for standing with us for hours, and huge Thank you to the American Red Cross of Tennessee for showing up before the fire was out They are the reason we have place to lay our head and we have clothes on our back right now! Thanks you to out friends and neighbors that have reached out to us! Please keep us in your prayers and we try to figure out how to move forward after this!
