My name is Saige Henry, wife of Colin Henry. I was born and raised in the United States, but I lived in Jamaica for two years — and during that time, I fell deeply in love with the people, the culture, and the beauty of the island. Jamaica has become a second home to me, and the people there are part of my heart.

My husband Colin is from Jamaica, and together we’re reaching out to ask for support for our family back home — our daughter, brother, mother, aunts, and uncles — who have lost everything in the devastating wake of Hurricane Melissa.

What was once a home full of laughter, love, and memories has been reduced to rubble. Their house, clothes, food, and all the essentials that made daily life possible are gone.

We’re asking for your help to rebuild their lives from the ground up — to give them a safe place to sleep, food to eat, and a fresh start filled with hope. Funds will go directly toward survival needs, including food and clean water, clothing, hygiene products, temporary shelter, and other essentials to help them get back on their feet.
