Donation protected
On the afternoon of Saturday, March 30, 2025, Amanda was driving to Indiana to take her daughter, Madison, age 12, to the Maddox Batson concert. Her husband, Alan, had taken Emma, age 5, to Zap Zone. Life was good... until Alan got home, opened the door and was greeted by the unimaginable - a catastrophic house fire. The fire destroyed a good portion of the home, and the smoke and subsequent water damage claimed the rest.
While they are all safe, unfortunately their 5 dogs and 5 cats perished, even after the valiant efforts of the fire department performing CPR.
They are devastated, shattered, trying to process all the loss, all while being displaced from their home, navigating life without their safe haven, and only having the clothes that were on their backs. This will be a long, multi-step journey for them, most likely paved with unexpected twists and turns.
Amanda and her family are the most selfless people you will ever meet. Amanda is always thinking of and taking care of others; however now she and her family need our help.
If you know Amanda, you know she will not ask for help. So, this fundraiser is being organized by her adopted family - also known as coworkers. In this family, no one fights alone. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in giving this family the stability they need to face each day while making a fresh start. If you're able, please consider contributing or even sending a message of support.
