Help the Hejhals Rebuild After Tornado

As many of you know, my daughter Mackenzie and her husband Ben recently relocated to Elkhorn, Nebraska (a suburb of Omaha) for a new job opportunity. Along with their beloved pets, they moved into a newly established neighborhood with many homes still under construction. They were just beginning to adjust to their new life together.

This past Friday afternoon (April 26, 2024), a catastrophic tornado ripped through Nebraska and destroyed 450 houses, including Mackenzie and Ben's new home. Miraculously, Mackenzie, Ben, and all of their animals survived.

In the aftermath of the destruction, the Hejhals have found themselves with very few salvageable possessions, as their two vehicles, all of their furniture, and nearly all personal belongings were also destroyed by the tornado.

With the support of family and friends, they are determined to rebuild and move forward with their life in Nebraska.

We are reaching out to you in a time of great need. Your generous donations will help Mackenzie and Ben rebuild their home, purchase a vehicle, and replace the important items they have lost.
