Help the Heise Boys get Accessible Equipment
Donation protected

Hi, my name is Mindy and I wanted to share a bit about a family that is near and dear to my heart.
Meet the Heise's, spreaders of joy, authenticity and grace, I hope you grow to love them as I do.
Levi and Abel are the oldest and youngest siblings whose smiles warm your heart and joy lights up the room. And they could use our help!
The boys and their family are members of my local church body and late this summer I heard they were in need of an accessible van.
You see, these courageous boys have special needs which require them to use accessible equipment such as adaptive strollers and wheelchairs to get around in this world. As you might imagine, accessible equipment and making the spaces you live and get around in accessible is expensive.
This is where we get to help! The Heise's are in need of a new accessible van, able to fit their family and their TWO wheelchairs (they are able to ride in the van now and need to finish paying it off). Additionally, as the boys are growing, their bathroom is in need of some changes to make it both practical and viable for their family to use safely. Currently, Jeff and Meghan have to carry their growing boys up a flight of stairs for bath time. They have a bathroom right next to the boys first floor bedroom all ready to be finished (its framed and partially drywalled) they just need the funds to be able to finish off this accessible space. Finally, the boys utilize speech, occupational and physical therapies to help them keep growing and developing. These therapies are only partially covered by insurance and your donation will help the boys get this much needed support.
Your donation will go directly into the Heise boy's own banking account to replenish it and help pay off the van, bathroom and therapy bills.
