Help the Harding Family with this Terrible Loss

My name is Devan and as some of you may know my dad was killed in a motorcycle accident on August 8th. California Highway Patrol is still investigating his death but hasn't told us any information except that my dad ran a red light, and was hit by a truck which sounds very out of character for him. We're anxious to find out what really took place and want to get to the bottom of it. We're of course still mourning the loss of this incredibly great man who will be dearly missed by his many close friends and family, but are currently stuck in the middle of a battle between the bank and legal fees since he didn't have a will or trust. I'm trying to keep his house that he worked so hard for but unfortunately see myself not having enough to cover the lawyer fees, I don't want to sell everything he owned but if I have to in order to keep the house it's a small price to pay. I loved my dad more than words could describe, he was an amazing father and great friend to me as I got older. He made me into the person I am today and I'm so thankful for that, he will be missed every single day and I just want to make him proud and carry on his torch.
