Hi friends its me Grace and I’m reaching out on behalf of the five of us during an incredibly difficult time.

We’ve been doing everything we can to keep our only car running. Over the past month and a half, we’ve spent over $1,200 on repairs—money we really didn’t have to spare—just trying to keep it going. But despite all that, the car remains completely unreliable. Sometimes it won’t start at all. Other times, it starts up but shakes violently the entire drive. It’s unpredictable and unsafe, and we never know if we’ll make it to work, school, or even home again.

This car is our only transportation. It's how I get to work. It’s how we get the kids to school, run errands, go to the grocery store, and make it to doctor appointments. Now we’re stuck without a dependable way to do any of that, and it's been overwhelming trying to hold everything together.

To make things even more difficult, we still owe money on this broken-down car, so taking on a new auto loan isn’t an option right now. We’re paying monthly for a vehicle that won’t reliably start—and we simply can’t afford to dig ourselves into deeper debt.

We’re humbly asking for help to raise $6,000 to buy a safe, used, reliable car for our family. This amount will allow us to purchase a dependable vehicle that can safely get our kids to school, help me keep working, and let us move forward without fear of breaking down on the road.
