Help the Gradie Family- Ollie’s Fight
Donation protected
With a heavy but hopeful heart I reach out to those who know, have worked with, have crossed paths with or know through others: The Gradie family.
Tia and Dallas are amazing parents to four children. They are hard working, and always put their kids first. They also would help anyone, in any time of need, however they could.
In the same breath, they are reluctant to accept help themselves- and arms had to be twisted for this.
Tia and Dallas find themselves in a nightmare right now that any parent can sympathize with. Their son Oliver has been valiantly fighting a large blood clot in his brain since June (shortly after his 7th birthday).
This fight is one that would make an adult weak in the knees, but this warrior and his family pack have kept at it every day. Being hospitalized in Maine for weeks was taxing in every way you can imagine. They now have the additional stress and anxiety to be in Boston for an extended stay while Ollie has surgery and recuperates for a shunt.
Tia and Dallas’ complete focus is on their son and his recovery, while also guiding their other children through this changing landscape.
For their family and friends who would like to do something, anything… to bring comfort, help, or love to this family- our focus can be to create something for them to be able to use. As you can imagine bills, rent, food, school necessities, etc. do not stop when health challenges arise.
Please consider donating any amount to this family. They would do so with a blink of an eye. Continue to send positive and healing vibes to the courageous Oliver and his family.
