We are the Gosser family. We are a family of 5. We live on Fort Polk, LA, and my youngest daughter Cathleen was admitted to Texas Children’s Hospital for abdominal issues. As it stands right now, we do not know how long she will be admitted. I am the sole income provider for my family of five. I am a member of the Texas Army National Guard and the Leesville Police Department (Louisiana). It is too far of a drive to go home every night and work. As for living arrangements, the Ronald McDonald House is full, and we are struggling to find hotels that are affordable enough for my family so that we can still purchase food and pay for parking here in Houston. So right now, we are just asking for just a little bit of help because I’m on unpaid leave and food, gas, lodging, and parking add up really quickly here in Houston for a family of 5
