Help the Goodpaster Family
Nathan and Audrey Goodpaster, along with their five children, Emily, Bethany, Julie, Jonathan, and David, have been living and serving in the Philippines since 2010. They planted Harvest Baptist, a loving church family in Silay City, Negros and have seen many people come to know Jesus during their years of ministry there.
Sadly, in recent weeks, Nathan’s mental health has rapidly declined. On February 12, 2021, he was forcibly admitted into the psychiatric ward of a local hospital to receive emergency care. Audrey and the kids are reeling from the trauma of Nathan’s breakdown and will be flying back to Indiana to be within the care and support of their family. The hope is that Nathan will soon follow and receive the treatment that he needs in the U.S.
Because of this turn of events, Audrey is quickly facing medical bills, travel expenses, and set-up costs for unexpected life in the U.S. In addition to your prayer and encouragement, could you also give financially to help ease the burden of this difficult situation for Audrey and her family? Her mother, Karen Moran, is handling all the donations on Audrey’s behalf until Audrey can set up bank accounts in the US.
