Hello, for those of you that don't personally know the Gonzales family, we are a tight-knit crew with two parents that guide us kids through. In February, our father, Ray Gonzales, suffered a massive brain bleed. He has been in the hospital since. The first few days were definitely scary as he lost the ability for speech and movement and had constant seizures. We were able to get him transferred to St. Joseph's, where he was taken into surgery right away. He has made amazing strides since, especially since he has been in acute rehab. Unfortunately, not only did this event happen, but bills began to pile up and there was a loss of income for my parents as my mother, Lollie, has been caring for our father.

They want to release my father from acute care to home with 24/7 nursing care. This is going to be costly. We ask that if you have the ability to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Your prayers have had great power. Thank you for your thoughts, prayers, and kind acts as our family navigates this new normal (for now)... they expect with hard work he will be back to himself.
