Hi, I am Delma, the aunt of Andy and Kelly Gomez. Andy has been in the ICU since January 18, 2022, due to Covid. He is currently intubated and has recently received a tracheotomy. He receives dialysis three times per week as his kidneys are no longer working. His medical staff has informed his wife, Kelly, that Andy has a long recovery process. The long-term intubation and the three lung infection has caused scarring to his lungs. He will require physical therapy to regain full function and the possibility of long-term oxygen use. Due to Andy's hospitalization, they no longer have a dual income, which has caused financial hardship to the family.
