My name is Andrea Collazos and I am the cousin of Fabian Gomez. On the 22nd of February, Fabian suffered a severe heart attack and was rushed to St. Clares Denville Hospital where he had two surgeries. His right coronary artery was blocked by 50% and his right ventricle artery was blocked by 75%. The surgery required placing one stent in each artery.

After being home from spending a few days at the hospital, he suffered a second heart attack. On Thursday, March 2nd he was rushed back to the hospital by his oldest daughter, Ashley. Despite efforts, he did not make it.

Fabian was a great husband, father, and all-around amazing man. He had just celebrated his 58th birthday on the 27th of February, accompanied by those who loved him dearly. Fabian was the sole provider in his home. He worked as a temp and was not offered benefits. He has a daughter who's autistic and requires around-the-clock care. Fabian's wife, Maria Fernanda does not work so she can take care of their daughter.

Hola mi nombre es Andrea Collazos y soy prima de Fabian Gomez. El 22 de febrero, Fabian sufrió un ataque cardíaco severo y fue trasladado de urgencia al Hospital St. Clares de Denville, donde tuvo dos cirugías. Su arteria coronaria derecha estaba bloqueada en un 50 % y su arteria del ventrículo derecho estaba bloqueada en un 75 %. La cirugía requirió colocar un stent en cada arteria.

Después de pasar unos días en el hospital, estando ya en casa Fabian sufrió un segundo infarto. El jueves 3 de marzo, su hija mayor, Ashley, lo llevó de regreso al hospital. A pesar de los esfuerzos, el no lo soporto.

Fabián fue un gran esposo, padre y un hombre increíble en todos los sentidos. Acababa de celebrar su 58 años de vida el 27 de febrero, acompañado de sus seres queridos. Fabian era el único proveedor en su casa -trabajaba como temporal y no le ofrecieron beneficios. Tiene una hija que es autista y requiere atención las 24 horas. La esposa de Fabián, María Fernanda, no trabaja para poder cuidar a su hija.
