Help Karol, Allan, Mateo, Ronald, and Barbara Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire

Late one evening, our family—Karol, Allan, our sons Mateo and Ronald, and Mateo's wife Barbara—was preparing to go to sleep when the unthinkable happened. An electrical issue caused one of our motorcycles in the garage to catch fire, quickly spreading throughout the space. By the time we smelled the smoke and realized what was happening, the fire had already begun to engulf the garage, and we were forced to flee our home in fear that the flames would reach the other vehicles, causing explosions.

In a matter of minutes, half of our home was consumed by the fire, leaving us devastated and unsure of where to turn next. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, the loss of our home and belongings has been overwhelming.

Right now, we are facing the difficult reality of having to pay both the mortgage on our townhouse and rent for temporary housing, placing an immense financial strain on our family. We are humbly reaching out to our community for support as we try to navigate this challenging time and begin the long process of rebuilding our lives.
